Absolutely stunning, Mediterranean style, spacious holiday villa in a fantastic location on the seafront, right in the heart of Protaras. The famous, extremely popular Fig Tree Bay is just a 1-minute walk away and this villa is also close to the Capo Bay Hotel, a popular wedding venue.

If you've never stayed in a villa before, you'll be amazed at how comfortable, roomy and convenient it is. Sleeping up to fourteen people, the villa is ideally suited for families. Shops and restaurants are just short walk away.

Downstairs:
* Basement with sauna and fitness machines
* Bedroom 1 with bunk beds and en-suite shower room
* Kitchen with all mod cons
* Dining area seating 8
* Sitting room area with leather sofas and rattan style furniture

Upstairs:
* Living room with DVD/satellite TV/stereo system and shower room
* 5 en-suite bedrooms - 4 with king-sized beds and 1 with 2 small double beds. The front bedroom has its own luxurious en-suite jacuzzi bath.

This tastefully decorated spacious holiday villa really is as luxurious as it gets with its high-quality marble finishes in the bathrooms.

It affords plenty of space for large families or groups of friends to have a great holiday in an excellent location from which to explore the beautiful resort of Protaras and the Fig Tree Bay area in particular.

This property is close to the fabulous Fig Tree Bay beach, with its gently sloping fine sand and turquoise-coloured water, which is just around the corner from the villa, an absolute paradise for beach lovers, families and watersports enthusiasts.

The main Protaras strip is just a leisurely 7-minute walk away, with its abundance of restaurants, bars and shops plus its lively nightlife (it also has 2 nightclubs). Water-skiing, diving, snorkelling, fishing, para-sailing, banana boat rides, windsurfing, etc. as well as horse-riding are all available nearby.

A deposit of 25% is required to confirm the booking, with the other 75% being payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival at the villa.

IT IS ALSO OUR POLICY NOT TO RENT OUT THIS PROPERTY TO GROUPS OF SINGLE PERSONS AGED 19 AND UNDER.
