This stunning apartment just could not be in a more perfect location for your holiday, just 200m from the sea and 250m from the main Protaras strip, with its wealth of bars, restaurants, shops and nightclubs.

It probably has the best views in Protaras and it is a joy to wake up to such wonderful panoramic views of beautiful Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise beach, which are just breathtaking!
 
This luxury apartment consists of the following:

* 2 bedrooms - 1 double with en-suite bathroom and 1 twin

* 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is en-suite

* spacious living room with sofa beds, satellite TV, DVD, hi-fi system

* open-plan dining area seating 6 persons

* fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, etc.

* balcony leading off from the twin bedroom, seating 4 persons

* 5th floor (ie. fabulous unblocked sea views)

* spectacular panoramic sea views in both directions, both towards Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach

* large communal pool (25m x 15m) with infinity effect with fabulous unblocked sea views

* baby pool (8m x 8m)

* children's playground just in front of the apartment towards the sea with a roundabout, swings and a climbing frame 

Since this is an exclusively residential building, it is very quiet and even during the busy August period, you more or less have the pool and gardens to yourself.

Stay in the lap of luxury on the gorgeous, sun-drenched island of Aphrodite right in the heart of Protaras.

NB: 20 December - 5 January 90 euros per night

MINIMUM STAY: 2 NIGHTS

IT IS ALSO OUR POLICY NOT TO RENT OUT THIS PROPERTY TO GROUPS OF SINGLE PERSONS AGED 19 AND UNDER.

ELECTRICITY

Air-conditioning is included up to 250 kWh units per week. A meter reading will be taken and any extra kWh units over 250 kWh units per week will be charged at 0.50 euro per kWh unit. This sum will be taken out of the security deposit.

We have had a really wonderful stay in the apartment. It is beautiful and well-equipped. Thank you ... We really enjoyed our time. We have arrived home safe and sound ... and much better rested! Thank you again for the lovely vacation! The view alone was worth the trip! I hope others visit and enjoy it as much as we did.

Perfect family stay!!!!

Having just returned from the Eternity apartment in Fig Tree Bay, I feel compelled to share this little gem with others. Perfect beach, fantastic apartment and with amazing views of Fig Tree Bay. The apartment had all mod cons and was clean and tidy on arrival and the owner (Sharron) was very professional and helpful when booking. Walking distance to the main strip so perfect for evenings. Pool area was very quiet so no getting up early to put towels on sun beds! Perfect all round - highly recommended.
